Litigation Attorney, Labor & Employment - Wage and Hour Team Location:
Irvine, CA (Hybrid) We are looking for a Litigation Associate focused on Labor and Employment to join a plaintiffs-side law firm located in Irvine, CA, a stone’s throw from the beaches in Southern California. We focus on employment litigation and this Associate Attorney position is for our wage and hour class action team. We are looking for a talented Litigation Attorney who is proactive, CA barred, can meet and confer by letter and phone with defense counsel, is able to work under pressure, and has a desire to learn. The role involves significant discovery and law and motion practice, drafting pleadings and motions, and defending depositions. You will work under the direction of our wage and hour class action partner, but will be expected to manage and run your own cases under her supervision. Responsibilities
