Client Consultations: Meet with clients to assess their estate planning needs, discuss goals, and provide tailored legal advice on wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives. Document Drafting: Prepare and review estate planning documents, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, charitable trusts, and other legal instruments. Tax Planning: Advise clients on federal and state tax implications of estate plans, including strategies to minimize estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer taxes. Trust and Estate Administration: Assist with trust administration, including asset distribution, trust funding, and compliance with fiduciary duties. Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the bar in New York and in good standing. 3+ years of experience in estate planning, trusts, and estates law Compensation
$140-220k+ depending on experience A competitive compensation package will be available for this position including Base Salary, Annual bonus, medical, dental, vision, 401K match program, vacation and sick time, paid holidays, career growth programs, and much more! How to Apply
