Position Overview
The Internal IT Support role provides advanced technical support, system administration, and excellent customer service to ThreatLocker employees worldwide. Supporting a growing team of more than 600 users across multiple offices and remote environments, this position ensures that all systems, networks, and devices remain secure, efficient, and reliable. This is a fast‑paced, hands‑on role that requires a hardworking, organized individual who can work effectively both independently and as part of a team to resolve tickets and technical challenges. Long hours are common, and this position is not suitable for clock watchers. Shift work, overnight coverage, and on‑call rotations will be required to support ThreatLocker’s 24/7 global operations.
Job Overview
Manage and respond to internal IT support tickets via helpdesk system, phone, Teams, or in person.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for on‑site and remote employees.
Organize, manage, and track all hardware using asset tags, maintaining accurate inventory and lifecycle records.
Administer and maintain Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Intune, including user accounts, groups, mailboxes, licensing, and device compliance.
Support and manage SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams configurations.
Perform proactive patching, updates, and maintenance across systems and endpoints.
Utilize RMM tools and monitoring systems to detect, troubleshoot, and prevent IT issues.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including setup and deactivation of accounts, devices, and access permissions.
Manage printers, conference room technology, and other shared office IT resources.
Collaborate with the Security and Operations teams to ensure compliance with corporate and Zero Trust security policies.
Maintain IT documentation, knowledge base articles, and procedural guides.
Assist with infrastructure improvements, office expansions, and network deployments.
Provide technical support for corporate meetings, events, and audiovisual setups as needed.
Required Qualifications
Excellent customer service skills and strong communication abilities.
Proficiency in Windows and macOS environments, with remote support experience.
Hands‑on experience managing Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Intune.
Experience using RMM, asset management, and helpdesk ticketing platforms.
Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, VLANs, Wi‑Fi).
Experience supporting hybrid or global teams across multiple time zones.
Certifications such as CompTIA Net+, Sec+, M365 Administrator, or ITIL Foundation preferred.
Familiarity with ThreatLocker products is a plus.
Ability to lift and deploy hardware up to 50 lbs.
Must be willing to work long hours, overnight shifts, and on‑call rotations as required.
Working Conditions
Job will generally be performed in an office environment but may require travel to visit company offices and/or property locations.
While performing duties of this job, may occasionally require standing, walking, sitting, reaching with hands and arms, climbing or balancing, stoop or kneel, talk and hear, and use fingers and hands to feel objects and tools.
Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, depth perceptions, and the ability to adjust focus.
