INODE is a leading information technology (IT) professional services Women Owned Small Business (WOSB) specializing in IT infrastructure, systems engineering, business intelligence, and data science services for federal, state and local organizations. We are seeking an experienced systems administrator with a strong skillset in MS Office 365 and desktop support maintenance to join our team as a Client System Administrator I to support the USAF on an IT Support Services contract. A Client System Administrator I will provide first-level technical support to end-users in both hardware and software applications. This is a salaried position, full-time, onsite at the Maxwell Air Force Base Gunter Annex.

Responsibilities

Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of client systems, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.

Perform basic troubleshooting, software installations, and updates to ensure optimal performance and user productivity.

Assist in user training and education on system usage, best practices, and security protocols to enhance user competence and system security.

Diagnosing and resolving system issues, providing technical support to users, and ensuring minimal downtime.

Working directly with clients to understand their needs, address their concerns, and provide solutions.

Continuously seek opportunities to optimize system performance and reliability.

Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly and efficiently.

Ability to work in a team and with a team without conflict.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or GED

2+ years of experience in an IT related field

3+ years of experience in IT help desk or desktop support roles

Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals Certification Required

Active CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent certification required

Good understanding of hardware, software, operating systems, networking, and security principles necessary

Experience with Active Directory and basic networking administration necessary

High attention to detail

Superb documentation skills

Superb communication skills

Self-motivated to continuously grow skillset and stay at the forefront of technology evolution

DoD experience preferred
