The successful candidate will assist in the implementation, management, and maintenance of our global network infrastructure, ensuring reliable and secure connectivity across our facilities. This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth and development in a dynamic and supportive environment.**Key Responsibilities:**• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware andsoftware.• Maintain network security configurations, compliance and best practices.• Support the implementation of network security measures to protect sensitive data.• Collaborate with multiple Infrastructure teams in the deployment and maintenanceof the network infrastructure.• Maintain documentation of network configurations, processes, and procedures.• Provide technical support to end-users and resolve network-related issues.• Be the liaison between the Network Infrastructure and Enterprise Cyber Securityteams.• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to contribute tocontinuous improvement.**Qualifications:**• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, a related field or equivalentexperience.• Experience with network switches, wireless, and firewalls.• Experience with network security principles and technologies.• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.• Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco: CCST, CCNA, Cisco Certified SupportTechnician (CCST) Cybersecurity; CompTIA: Network+ or Security+) are a plus.• Experience with Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, and Aruba ClearPass is a plus.• 2 years of network and network security experience.• Comfortable in speaking and writing in English, and communication and teamwork.**Physical Requirements:**• Must be able to lift and transfer up to 30 pounds.*Apex Systems is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
