Must be an Ohio Resident.

Hybrid work may require reporting to an Ohio AGO Office location. Interviews will be conducted via MS-Teams. Qualifications

The contractor should be proficient in System Administration duties and have direct experience with the following technologies: Perform deployments to IIS and related systems. Monitor hardware, server resources, and system processors daily to ensure availability and integrity. Verify daily backups, ensure recovery media is created and cycled properly, and manage file archival and purging. Create, maintain, and delete user accounts as required. Recover from hardware or software failures. Investigate issues and provide high-level support. Install new servers or rebuild existing ones. Develop and maintain installation, configuration procedures, and system standards. Configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, and storage according to standards and operational requirements. Install and configure systems supporting organizational infrastructure and applications. Apply operating system patches, upgrades, and utilities; add new services as needed. Maintain and upgrade system software and procedures supporting applications and operations. Perform performance tuning and reporting to support capacity planning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization, including configuring CPU, memory, and disk resources. The ideal candidate will have experience with these technologies.
