Position Overview & Responsibilities
Manage assigned departmental project tasks/systems in principal areas of responsibilities.
Support a Clinical Data Manager with low to moderate complexity project tasks.
Collaborate with internal and external partners as instructed.
Follow processes as described in Work Instructions, SOPs, and as instructed.
Assist in developing and modifying clinical databases.
Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Draft modifications in electronic Case Report Form (eCRF) specifications.
Draft edits, manual checks, and Clinical Coding Guidelines (CCGs).
Perform user management and system administration for electronic systems.
Review clinical data, perform query management, and ensure data quality.
Program, validate, and execute study-specific reporting tools.
Reconcile vendor data.
File clinical data management documents and perform completion checks.
Conduct quality checks as instructed by senior team members.
Generate data exports as needed.
Maintain financial trackers and confirm services in invoices.
Qualifications
1-3 years of experience.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Strong analytical skills.
Proficiency with relevant computer software programs.
