IT Technician

to join our Pier Sixty-Six Resort opening team. Reporting to the Director of IT, you will manage and provide leadership and management for the IT Department by establishing plans of character, integrity, and quality which result in the long-range continued growth and profitability of the division and hotel. Responsibilities

Administration, security, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of all site hardware and software. Support of end user, infrastructure, back office, and guest environments. Develop and maintain documentation of all hardware, systems, and software licensing. System configuration and setup. Maintain CoralTree IT audit compliance. Communicate and enforce adherence to all CoralTree IT security standards, practices, and requirements. Project work. Inventory management and equipment procurement. Technology implementer partnering with site departments to develop criterion for software system implementation, upgrades, and enhancements. Elevate issues as appropriate to IT Director or IT Manager after due diligence and review. Liaison for communication of CoralTree IT requirements, practices, and standards to site. Position will be required to work both weekend days, weekday schedule to be determined. Schedule shifts are 8am to 4pm. Qualifications

1 year experience in computer support environment. Understanding of Microsoft Windows operating systems and configuration. Understanding of network basics and TCP/IP standards. Experience working with Point of Sale Systems preferred. Written and oral communication skills. Time management skills and ability to work in a demanding environment with multiple deadlines. Organized and can work in a team environment. Deliver consistent service to all users of differing skill levels and requirements. Benefits
