We\'re seeking an experienced

Property & Casualty (P&C) Account Manager

to join a well-established insurance team in Pasadena, CA. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in account management or client service within an insurance agency or brokerage setting. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing a book of business, and ensuring exceptional service and compliance with California insurance regulations. Responsibilities

Manage and service a book of business in personal or commercial lines. Quote, bind, and process renewals, endorsements, and cancellations. Coordinate with carriers and underwriters to secure coverage options and competitive pricing. Provide day-to-day client service, including answering coverage questions and assisting with claims. Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with agency and state compliance standards. Build and strengthen relationships with clients, carriers, and industry partners. Identify opportunities to expand accounts and cross-sell additional coverages. Qualifications

Active

California Property & Casualty Insurance License

(required). 2-5+ years of experience in a P&C account management or client service role. Familiarity with personal and/or commercial lines. Strong knowledge of California insurance regulations and compliance requirements. Proficiency in agency management systems (EPIC, AMS360, Applied, HawkSoft). Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word). Excellent communication, client service, and organizational skills.
