Business Intelligence Analyst & Developer
OpenDor Media (ODM) is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst & Developer (BI) to transform complex datasets into actionable insights. You will design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for all business units to monitor performance, uncover trends, and optimize strategies. You will collaborate with IT, Finance, Marketing, Fundraising and other cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, accurate data is accessible for business intelligence purposes. This is a remote position reporting to the Creative Director. What You’ll Do
Analytics & reporting: Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports across departments using BI and CRM tools; monitor KPIs, trends, and performance metrics; conduct ad-hoc analysis; suggest KPIs representing value-drivers of the business. Data management: Manage and maintain data warehouse and data lake environments (Google Cloud, BigQuery); ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across sources; collaborate with IT and data engineering to implement ETL pipelines and analytics infrastructure. Cross-functional support: Partner with fundraising, marketing, operations, content, and finance teams to understand data needs and deliver insights; provide actionable recommendations; assist in implementation of analytics tools, tracking tags, and CRM integrations (Salesforce); conduct CRM maintenance and data cleaning for accurate reporting. Project & process management: Lead or participate in analytics projects from ideation through implementation; coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines; document BI processes, data definitions, and reporting standards. Optional / value-add responsibilities: Collaborate with Content Data Specialist on content data insights; survey creation, management and reporting; support financial reporting through integration with tools like QuickBooks. What You Have
5+ years in data analytics, business intelligence, or related roles. Strong expertise in SQL and Python for data analysis and manipulation. Proficiency in BI and visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI. Experience with cloud-based data platforms (Google Cloud, BigQuery). Advanced Excel skills for complex data analysis. Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills; ability to communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders; highly inquisitive and self-motivated. Experience with survey tools (SurveyMonkey, Google Forms) and social media analytics. Data engineering or scripting experience for ETL and database management. Familiarity with QuickBooks or other financial systems. About OpenDor Media

Our target salary range for this position when based in New York is $100,000 to $110,000 annually. In Israel, the salary range is 23,000 - 25,000 NIS/month. Final salary will be determined based on location, experience, and related qualifications. Details
