NTT DATA is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to join our team in Princeton, Kentucky (US-KY), United States. This role provides onsite support for end users at a client site and manages the regional stockroom. The technician will own issues through resolution. The start date is expected to be at the end of October. Responsibilities
Performs troubleshooting, parts replacement, system upgrades, deployment and repair on desktops/notebooks and printers Responds to calls after normal business hours per leader instructions Identifies potential issues that could adversely impact end user experience and takes corrective action Updates and resolves tickets in a timely manner to achieve service levels Utilizes a well-rounded knowledge of the policies and procedures for their work area Makes policy recommendations to their manager and serves as an escalation point for less experienced team members Basic Qualifications
4+ Years of Desktop/End User Support Experience High School Diploma or equivalent Additional Preferences
Experience in a plant/manufacturing environment Undergraduate degree or some college coursework Strong knowledge of Windows operating system environment Solid client service skills A+ desktop or equivalent skill set Ability to physically perform general office requirements Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations Travel including overnight domestic trips may be required About NTT DATA
