We’re seeking a

Desktop Support Specialist

for a

6-month contract role (with potential extension or conversion)

based in

New York, NY (10166) . Key Responsibilities: Manage daily IT operations, including hardware, software, phone systems, and local area network. Provide Level I & II end-user support for software and hardware issues. Install and upgrade Microsoft Windows operating systems, applications, and peripherals. Troubleshoot PC, virus/malware, and connectivity issues. Perform daily backups, software/hardware inventory, and warranty administration. Triage and prioritize incoming ServiceNow (or similar ticketing system) requests. Requirements: 5+ years of IT support experience A+ PC Technician certification (Network+ and Dell Hardware certifications are a plus) Excellent communication and customer service skills Interview Process:
