Responsibilities
The Sr. Information Technology Analyst provides Tier 3 and 4 support and oversees IT operations for 8 manufacturing plants, 5 service centers, and nationwide sales offices, supporting over 500 employees and managing 100+ servers, 300+ network switches, and 1,200+ devices. This role designs, installs, and maintains network infrastructure, including copper and fiber cabling, PoE devices such as cameras and phones, and IDF cabinet build-outs, while ensuring thorough documentation and clean cable management. Responsibilities include managing Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams), Azure/Entra AD, and implementing policies for email transport, conditional access, authentication, and risk assessment. The analyst configures and troubleshoots Cisco Catalyst and HP Aruba switches, Motorola and Ubiquiti WAPs, and P2P devices, while providing daily maintenance for PCs, servers, networks, backups, antivirus, DNS registration, and client-specific IT requests. Additionally, the role supervises and trains IT analysts to maintain high standards across all operations.
Qualifications (Must-haves)
Bachelor’s degree and/or 6+ years of IT experience Experience maintaining VMware virtual computer and server environments, patching, storage backups etc. Experience managing active directory Experience with password flips, network issues, email set up in Azure Experience working in both a cloud and on-prem environment

Additional Responsibilities
Install and maintain Dell PowerEdge servers, SANs (EqualLogic, Synology), and VMware environments. Administer security (Symantec AV, Cisco Meraki), surveillance systems, and Avaya telecommunication. Manage Zendesk help desk (agents, permissions, knowledge base, reporting). Prepare monthly IT reports for leadership. Support AV setups (conference rooms, video conferencing, wireless display/audio). Administer tools and services: DialMyCalls, SurveyMonkey, KnowBe4, Basecamp, Kyocera Net Viewer, Adobe Creative Cloud, FileCenter, LogMeIn Rescue, Slack.
