Overview
Server Administrator - IT Production Services role at Sanford Health. Location: Bemidji, MN. Facility: 3801 Building. Shift: 8 Hours - Day Shifts. Job Schedule: Full time. Weekly Hours: 40. Salary Range: $29.00 - $46.50. Pay Info: Pay starts at $29 and increases according to years of applicable experience. Responsibilities
Provide provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of cloud-based systems, physical and virtual on-premise servers, on‑premise server hardware, and related software and hardware infrastructure. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve performance issues; collaborate with internal support teams, help desk, and vendors to resolve tickets and implement new or upgraded systems. Research and analyze system improvements, develop and execute integration test plans and quality assurance measures where applicable, and ensure that hardware, operating systems, software, and standard operating procedures meet organizational requirements. Provide training and support as required; document problems and resolutions in a timely and accurate fashion. Maintain strong information security practices, system hardening, and proactive measures to protect the infrastructure; maintain extensive knowledge of server infrastructure and related operating systems or infrastructure applications (e.g., Windows, Unix, Linux, VMware, Citrix). Collaborate with stakeholders to provide effective support and resolve issues promptly. Qualifications
Associate\'s Degree in a computer-related field required; Bachelor\'s Degree preferred. Three years of technical experience with computer infrastructure in either on-premise or cloud-based administration. Valid driver\'s license if applicable; must maintain a good driving record. Benefits
