Overview
Scrum Master position in Louisville, Kentucky (US-KY), United States. The role focuses on guiding agile practices, coaching teams, and enabling value delivery for clients within the Launch by NTT DATA program. Responsibilities
Work with Client Delivery Teams, Product Owners, and the NTT DATA Business Agility Enablement team to deploy Agile practices across clients. Act as a change agent to foster continuous learning and improvement, coaching teams to focus on outcomes over outputs. Provide training on Agile methodologies (e.g., Kanban, Scrum) and document Agile events, metrics, dashboards, and tools. Lead collaborative planning for short-term and long-term client steps and manage the agile roadmap with client needs and dependencies. Collaborate across practices (Product Experience, Engineering, and end users) to deliver solutions. Advocate for the team, communicate progress, and share learnings across the organization. Coach and mentor team members, including conducting Behavioral Interviews and acting as a Career Coach for junior members where applicable. Ensure Release Burn Up and Team Burn Down charts are applied appropriately for iterations. Design and update training decks and processes; adapt Agile techniques to different cultures and environments. Provide business-focused guidance, using insights to help clients and teams achieve value-oriented outcomes. Required Qualifications
10+ years guiding teams in agile software development as Project Manager or Delivery Manager. 5+ years working as a Scrum Master or Agile Team Facilitator. 5+ years' experience configuring and managing agile application lifecycle management tools (e.g., Jira, Planview, VersionOne, AgileCraft, Rally, ADO/TFS). 5+ years’ experience with lean–agile values, principles, and practices and applying them effectively. Preferred Skills / Certifications
SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SAFe 6+) ICP-ATF, PSM, CSM – Scrum Master Certifications Ability to facilitate meetings to desired outcomes and coach colleagues and leaders Strong organizational skills and time management to balance priorities Ideal Mindset

Must reside in the US. The starting pay range for this remote role is $93,555.00 to $216,562.00; actual compensation depends on location, experience, skills, and other qualifications.
