Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and detail-oriented
Commercial Lines Account Manager
to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring their commercial insurance needs are managed with exceptional accuracy and care. You will build strong client relationships, provide high-quality service, and contribute to our core mission of delivering outstanding insurance solutions. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, acting as their primary point of contact for insurance-related concerns. Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts by analyzing client needs and providing tailored insurance solutions. Process account renewals, endorsements, and changes efficiently and in compliance with agency and carrier guidelines. Support clients during claim processes, advocating for timely resolution and exceptional service. Collaborate with producers, underwriters, and other team members to ensure accurate and complete policy issuance and servicing. Conduct periodic policy reviews to identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities while prioritizing the client's best interests. Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and entered into the agency management system in a timely manner. Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and emerging risks to provide proactive, relevant advice to clients. Handle client inquiries with professionalism and provide prompt and accurate responses.
Qualifications/Requirements
2-4+ years of relevant insurance industry experience preferred. Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license. Proven ability to understand and manage various commercial insurance lines. Demonstrated proficiency in account management systems and tools. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a client-focused approach. Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills with high attention to detail. Proven ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
