Produce quality legal work and meet billing requirements. Manage and generate business through group and individual efforts. Comply with the highest ethical standards of the legal profession. Requirements
4+ years' experience as a licensed attorney at a law firm. Experience in preparation and prosecution of U.S. and international patent applications. Ability to utilize support staff or junior associates effectively. Education
Juris Doctor Bachelor's or higher in Electrical, Computer or Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Science preferred. Certifications
Licensed to practice law in good standing in one or more jurisdictions. Registered to practice before the USPTO. Skills
