Overview
Multi Modality Tech Per Diem Rotate at Tenet Healthcare. Position involves operating radiographic, fluoroscopic and portable equipment including Operating room C-Arm and O-Arm procedures; obtaining radiographs for diagnosis. Performs advanced imaging exams in one or more modalities (CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, Interventional Radiology). If Interventional Radiology is involved, be competent to assist with interventional procedures. Direct responsibility includes adult, pediatric, and neonatal care. Participates in the daily routine of Imaging procedures and on-call duties. Education
Minimum: Graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program. Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology. Experience
Thorough knowledge of radiologic technology, terminology, practice, procedure, physiology and human anatomy. Required Certification / License / Registration
Experience: Thorough knowledge of Radiology, Interventional Radiology, MRI, & CT Scan in all forms; terminology, practice, procedure, physiology and human anatomy. Other Qualifications
ARRT (R) Registry required ARRT Advanced Certification (when applicable) Florida DOH Certified Radiologic Technologist American Heart Association BLS/CPR certification Vaccination Policy
