As a key member of our Engineering team, you will solve complex problems and take ownership of features from concept to deployment. You will contribute to a product used by construction professionals to build the world around us. Responsibilities
Design and build new AI features, such as an AI agent for editing BoQs or automated AI bidder recommendations. Collaborate with product managers and designers to shape the user experience and technical direction of our core product. Architect and implement modular packages and services in a monorepo to improve structure and maintainability. Engineering culture
Agile & Fast-Paced: trunk-based development with daily releases to deliver value quickly. Quality by Default: comprehensive Cypress E2E tests, strict typing, linting, and formatting. DevOps Mindset: CI/CD pipeline deploying to AWS via Kubernetes, infrastructure as code with Terraform. Collaboration & Transparency: open discussion and constructive code reviews; the best idea wins. Significant professional experience building, shipping, and maintaining complex web applications using TypeScript. Deep expertise in Node.js for backend and React for frontend. Pragmatic problem-solving with strong ownership; able to drive projects independently. Experience in collaborative, agile product teams. Excellent English communication skills. Bonus Points
