As the
White Space Practice Lead , you will drive the design of world-class service offerings that deliver measurable value to our customers and fuel profitable growth for Vertiv. In this global role, you will lead the full lifecycle of service design—from market discovery and customer research to cross-functional collaboration and go-to-market planning—ensuring our white space service offerings align with customer outcomes and business objectives. You will serve as the subject matter expert and thought leader for white space service offerings, deeply engaged with customers, business units, and regional and functional teams. By translating market insights into actionable strategies, you will architect offerings across consulting, implementation, lifecycle, and optimization product lines that enhance our competitive advantage. Your success will be defined by your ability to transform complex customer challenges into scalable, differentiated service solutions that drive long-term value. Service Design: Design service offerings across consulting, implementation, lifecycle, and optimization. Market Discovery and Alignment: Analyze market segments, customer personas, challenges, and outcomes to design aligned service offerings. Subject Matter Expertise: Represent Vertiv as a thought leader in industry publications, conferences, and customer events. Co-Creation and Collaboration: Coordinate with engineering, regional sales & service teams, and global product line leaders to develop and promote service offerings. Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related technical field. 5+ years of experience with white space products/services in a technology organization. Ability to solve complex problems, assess risks, and communicate effectively across mediums. Experience building cross-functional and cross-regional relationships. Knowledge of engineering, finance, sales, and marketing functions. Strong technical knowledge of data center thermal management products and applications. Company Values & Strategic Priorities
