Lutron Electronics Overview Lutron has an immediate opening for a service-oriented and collaborative problem solver to work on our Technical Support team at Lutron's Annex office in Center Valley, PA. This position focuses on providing exceptional service to residential and commercial customers. Responsibilities What you’re going to do: Interact with customers to provide product education, assistance in selection, and compatibility information. Use your problem-solving and communication skills to understand customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and propose solutions. Represent the voice of the customer within the organization to give product feedback and expand your network. Apply creative thinking to propose solutions to business challenges. Maintain Lutron's industry leadership through excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Qualifications How you know you’re qualified: High School Diploma or GED (required). Experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing problems, or technical support. Adaptability, resilience, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
