Aerospace Commercial Transparencies Strategic Account Manager , you will build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers, focusing on adding value and driving mutually beneficial outcomes. This role is critical to achieving alignment between the company and its most important clients, developing new business opportunities, and managing complex global accounts. You should be a strategic thinker with a strong background in customer engagement, leadership, and product knowledge around aerospace transparencies. This role follows a hybrid schedule with three days on site at our facility in Sylmar, CA and two days remotely. This role reports to the Global Business Director Commercial Transparencies. Responsibilities

Develop and execute global customer and key account strategies

aligned with company objectives, including pricing and opportunity pipeline initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships

with strategic customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders across global organizations. Serve as the primary point of contact

for select transparency accounts, managing contracts, presentations, and customer communications. Drive performance to KPIs

such as revenue, volume, and earnings, contributing to demand forecasts and budget planning. Collaborate cross-functionally

with supply chain, procurement, engineering, product development, operations, and finance to meet customer needs. Support customer engagement activities

including trade shows, seminars, training, and events. Identify and pursue new business opportunities , developing quotations and value proposals based on customer requirements. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related discipline and/or equivalent industry experience. Aerospace-specific industry experience strongly preferred. Five (5) or more years of demonstrated successful experience in a customer-facing role. Five (5) or more years of experience developing and implementing successful account management strategies in a global industry. Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed to support global customers. Only U.S. Citizens, Green Card holders, and political asylees or refugees are eligible to apply. The base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $130,000 annually.
