Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records using SAP Business One Prepare and post journal entries and adjusting entries for day-to-day financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll entries Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial accounts monthly Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow) Manage accounts payable processes (vendor invoicing, payments, reconciliations, vendor verifications) Track manufacturing costs (labor, raw materials, overhead allocation) Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue payments; generate and distribute invoices, credit memos, and statements Manage inventory accounting; monitor movements, reconcile physical counts monthly, and update valuation Prepare annual budget and periodic forecasting with variance analysis in SAP File sales tax, property tax, payroll-related tax, and other compliance reports timely Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation Education & Experience
Bachelor's in Accounting or a related field 5+ years of professional accounting experience in an industrial/manufacturing setting (preferred) Qualifications
SAP experience Experience as a corporate accountant Experience in reporting – key ratios and financial statements Employment type
