ProSidian Seeks a Budget Analyst [DOE0043042] for Program Support on a Exempt W2: No Overtime Pay Basis Contract Contingent generally located across the CONUS - Richland, Washington Across The Pacific Northwest Region supporting DOE EM Hanford which is a Federal, regulated, high-stakes nuclear cleanup environment requiring multidisciplinary contractor support, compliance oversight, and mission assurance. We seek Budget Analyst [DOE0043042] candidates with relevant Environmental Management Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Environmental Management Sector Clients such as DOE. This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Finance and Administration Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline Professional - General Support Services (GSS) For Hanford Field Office (HFO) Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position. Job Responsibilities
Budget formulation, execution, reconciliations, financial reporting, audits. Provide Finance and Administration management, human resources, legal, accounting, auditing, information technology, logistics, and transportation support as needed. Support budget documentation and related financial activities for Hanford Field Office (HFO) / DOE-EM ecosystem. The role is located in the Pacific Northwest Region, CONUS – Richland, Washington. Initial work site address: 2440 Stevens Center Place, H520 Richland, Washington 99354. Qualifications
Required/Preferred 5–8+ years federal finance/budget; DOE experience preferred. BA/BS Finance/Accounting; CPA helpful. Skills Program and project management support in daily business activities; funds control, reconciliations, Excel/BI tools. Competencies Accuracy, analysis, communication. Ancillary Role Details Automate financial dashboards for DOE reporting. Budget analysis & planning; general support services for Hanford GSS. Travel as coordinated with the technical POC and approved in writing; some on-site work required. Security: facility clearances as needed; DOE clearance indicated for work performed. Place of Performance: Hanford Field Office and Hanford Site, Richland, WA; on-site with some remote support as approved. Other Details
