Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities
Lead the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Collaborate across departments to support operational and financial initiatives Support external audit preparation and internal control improvements Take part in process streamlining and ERP optimization projects
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CPA track preferred 3–6 years of relevant accounting experience Strong understanding of US GAAP and internal controls Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and desire to grow professionally
