Dave & Buster's Inc. Job Description As a Disbursements Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices assigned to you. Additionally, you may reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies. Key Responsibilities Process a high volume of invoices accurately and promptly using Workday. Ensure correct coding of invoices to relevant categories, cost centers, and approvers. Provide supporting documentation for audits. Address discrepancies or issues with suppliers regarding invoices or payments professionally and promptly. Assist in troubleshooting invoices pending in the queue. Maintain excellent customer service and positive supplier relationships. Education, Experience, and Skills High school diploma or GED required. At least 2 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting. Strong data entry skills and attention to detail with high accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and accounting software; familiarity with Workday preferred. Knowledge of basic accounting principles and accounts payable procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively. Problem-solving skills using reasoning and common sense. What’s in it for me?
