What will you do in your first experience?

During your 4-month co-op term, you will be fully immersed in our sales operations, learning the business from two unique perspectives.

Ground Up You will learn what it takes to develop and sustain a growing CPG business and stretch your current skills by selling and marketing our products to a set group of retailers. You will gain critical sales experiences including, but not limited to:

Developing relationships across our Field Sales network, receive best in class coaching, and engage in career connects with Leadership.

Leverage sales forecasting tools to deliver consistent sales targets.

Sell and service our customers in compliance with our Customer Development Agreements.

Flex both entrepreneurial and physical skills while merchandising our brands to execute advertising displays.

Responsibilities Building Critical Business Skills: As you progress through your term, you will work closely with our Sales leaders and be responsible for utilizing strong analytical and communication skills to execute a field sales project to help the team deliver results with our most important customers. Key aspects of this assignment can include:

POS optimization

Innovation Launch & Sustainment

Customer Development Agreement optimization

Other unique projects rooted in real-time business priorities

Qualifications

You are available to work full-time from January to May 2026.

You are in your third year of study; Business Degree preferred.

Valid, full driver’s license, with a clean driving record and reliable daily access to a personal vehicle.

High academic achievement with demonstrated ability to pursue other interests at the same time.

A skilled problem solver who enjoys challenges.

Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to confidently interact with all levels within the organization, from front-line to executive.

A self-starter with the ability to plan work to meet objectives, set priorities and manage work schedule.
