A day in the life… As the
Account Manager/Broker Manager , you will champion the iconic Russell Stover brand through appropriate promotion and pricing activities. To achieve our goal of aggressively growing net sales and gaining market share, we are looking for an analytical and solutions-driven mindset. As the ideal candidate for this role, you will have experience thriving in a fast-growing CPG environment with the ability to be a collaborative, responsive partner with both internal and external customers.
What you will be doing…
Manage the day-to-day relationship with various brokers/customers, among various classes of trade, candy/procurement buyers & internal cross-functional teams (i.e., UNFI, SpartanNash, AWG, Grocery, Travel Retail, Drug, Convenience, etc.)
Manage the day-to-day relationship with Broker Partners and some customers
Manage budgets and funds to achieve optimal ROI
Ensure consistent forecast accuracy on a monthly & annual basis
Develop and execute ongoing distribution objectives
Support and execute Everyday and seasonal product presentations to meet current and future objectives
Plan and implement promotional plans
Collect/analyze competitive activity on an ongoing basis and perform as a category expert (via IRI / Circana, Retailer Data, etc.)
Achieve true net sales growth through accurate performance analysis, forecasting and planning for the everyday inline business
Ensure consistent forecast accuracy for everyday items on a monthly and annual basis
Develop and execute ongoing distribution objectives for your customers

Do you have what it takes? Basic Qualifications
3 years of sales/account management experience
Effective story-building and public speaking for internal/ external presentations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Demonstrated ability in public speaking and effective customer presentations
High level of follow-up, availability, and responsiveness to internal and external partners
Do you stand above the rest? Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business
Experience in CPG account management and broker management
Knowledge and experience within the grocery channel
Strong understanding and experience leveraging syndicated IRI data
Experience with promotional planning/deduction management systems or proven experience with managing financials related to promotional product spending
Ability to create financial recommendations utilizing basic ROI analysis
Proficient in statistics, forecasting, and forecasting methods with an understanding of their financial and operational impacts
