Overview
Position Title: Partner Channel Manager (P3) Company: Crown Castle Location: Los Angeles, CA area (remote with on-site collaboration; travel up to 50% required). Primary focus is to generate new revenue through partner relationships, managing channel partners, and driving sales of Crown Castle products and services within the assigned territory. Responsibilities
Achieve a monthly sales quota from an assigned territory through channel partners. Interface with assigned agent partners to maintain relationships and achieve budgeted sales volumes. Maintain detailed monthly and quarterly sales forecasts. Collaborate with partners under the National Master Agent program to generate new sales revenue. Recruit and train new partners from a defined sales territory on Crown Castle products, processes and procedures. Communicate regularly with partners to uncover opportunities and qualify opportunities against Crown Castle’s product portfolio. Attend sales calls with channel partners to present and assist in closing Crown Castle opportunities with end-users. Deliver marketing campaigns to current and potential channel partners. In the field 3 to 4 days per week meeting and visiting with sales partners. Travel as required according to business needs. Education/Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 7-10+ years selling WAN and IP technologies to Enterprise, Government/Education, Media or Healthcare. Existing relationships with potential Crown Castle channel partners. 5+ years of working with indirect channel partners, preferably selling Metro Ethernet or Fiber Optic products. Proven track record of exceeding sales goals. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and in Sales Force Automation/CRM applications. Proven prospecting, networking and business development skills; strong written and verbal communication. Self-motivated team player; established understanding of Ethernet, IP and Networking technology (required). Strong understanding of competitive landscape in Metro Ethernet and IP market (required). Knowledge of facilities-based fiber business within Crown Castle footprint. Organizational Relationship

This is a remote role with on-site collaboration across the West area including Southern California and Arizona. Travel up to 50% may be required. Benefits
