Major Accounts Sales Representative at ADP. Sell human resources technology within a designated geographic territory to cultivate new business opportunities and drive HCM initiatives for companies with 50 – 999 employees. Manage complete sales cycles and forecast your sales pipeline while promoting ADP’s suite of solutions (40+ products and services). What you'll do

Work independently and collaboratively within your geography to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals. Implement a sales strategy targeted to decision-makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business. Strategically cultivate additional business within existing accounts while serving as a trusted advisor and ADP ambassador to clients and internal partners. Document and manage multiple sales cycles from initial contact through implementation to ensure a successful rollout of the selected solutions. Qualifications

Required

Proven track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory. Positive self-starter with the ability to cold call, manage time effectively, and present ideas clearly in writing, in person, and over the phone. Confident and willing to take opportunities and challenge the status quo. Entrepreneurial spirit with leadership, resourcefulness, resilience under pressure, and reliability. Ability to build relationships, operate with integrity, and deliver on promises. Additional/Preferred Qualifications

Two+ years of quota-carrying, outside B2B sales experience or three+ years of relevant experience in HCM, technology, business equipment, or software sales. Military experience is valued; we appreciate discipline, commitment, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to build a network and effectively use social media for sales. Benefits and Growth
