About the Role You're the Sales Manager. The revenue engine. You'll own the sales pipeline: prospect, pitch, close. Report to the owner, but drive the strategy. We're not playing small—we're scaling fuel cards and factoring to every small‑mid trucking fleet in AZ and beyond. As we grow, you’ll build and lead a large sales team, managing as many reps as you can handle to hit aggressive revenue targets. Hit the phones, hit the road, deliver results. No excuses. Just wins.

What You'll Do

Hunt & Close Deals : Target small‑to‑mid‑size trucking companies—cold call, email, network at industry events. Sell fuel cards for diesel savings and freight factoring for instant cash flow.

Build the Pipeline : Generate leads via LinkedIn, trucking forums, referrals. Qualify prospects fast, demo our app and services, and seal contracts with nationwide coverage and no‑fee perks.

Drive Revenue Growth : Aim for 30‑50% YoY sales bump. Upsell bundles (fuel + factoring), track metrics like close rates and customer acquisition costs.

Lead & Scale the Sales Team : Hire, train, motivate a growing sales crew—start small, expand as you prove you can manage volume. Set quotas, run weekly huddles, crush objections.

Optimize & Report : Use GoHighLevel CRM to forecast, analyze win/loss, tweak pitches. Monthly reports to the owner on pipeline health and revenue forecasts.

Partner Up : Forge alliances with brokers, fleets, and vendors to expand reach and lock in recurring business.

What We're Looking For

Proven Closer : 5+ years in B2B sales, ideally in trucking, fuel cards, freight factoring, or fleet services. You've hit $500k+ annual quotas and grown territories 40%+.

Industry Insider : Know the trucking game—owner‑ops, fleets, cash‑flow pains. Comfortable with GoHighLevel CRM, demos, and negotiating rates.

Hustle Machine : Self‑starter who thrives on commissions. If you've never cold‑called a fleet owner, keep scrolling.

No‑Ego Performer : You coach without fluff. Teams respect you because you lead by example and deliver numbers. Ready to scale and manage a large sales team as volume grows.

Bonus Skills : Hands‑on experience with Instantly AI for automated email outreach, Meta Ads for targeted lead gen, and content creation (videos, posts) to supercharge the funnel—huge added value, but not required if you crush core sales.

What You'll Get

Comp Package : $90k‑$110k base. Uncapped commissions (see structure below, $50k‑$100k+ for top performers). 5‑10% profit share vesting over 3 years—earn on the company's growth.

Commission Structure :

20% on Fuel Card Sales: For each new client signed to fuel card program (based on first‑year savings or card usage revenue).

20% on Freight Factoring Sales: For each new factoring contract (based on factoring fees generated in first 12 months).

5% Team Override: Earn 5% of your sales team’s total revenue as you build and manage reps, incentivizing team growth.

Milestone Bonuses: $5,000 for every 50 new clients signed annually; $10,000 for hitting $1M in new revenue.

Residual Commissions: 2% ongoing commission on recurring revenue from clients you sign (e.g., monthly factoring fees or fuel card usage), with a 3‑year lifespan.
