Overview Team Rehab is a network of therapist-owned outpatient physical therapy clinics in Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin and Georgia. Our mission is to provide the best outpatient physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy. We want our patients to enjoy therapy and experience clear improvements in their health. Our clinics receive the highest levels of patient satisfaction and our patients receive the best objectively measurable outcomes. Since opening our first clinic in 2001, we have grown across Michigan and into Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Georgia, continuing to open additional clinics to make therapy more accessible to our communities.

Responsibilities
Recognize and evaluate injuries.
Provide first aid or emergency care.
Develop and carry out rehabilitation programs for injured athletes.
Plan and implement injury prevention programs.
Serve as an outreach Athletic Trainer at a large high school.
Maintain and strengthen affiliation relationships.
Provide onsite athletic training services at practices, games, and scrimmages.
Ensure excellent healthcare outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Develop protocols for common diagnoses.
Participate in research studies.
Work conditioning experience or interest.
Continue professional development through education and courses.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic Training or related field.
Graduate from a CAATE-accredited Athletic Training program.
Certification and licensure as an Athletic Trainer.
Strong communication skills for managing athlete care and relationships.
Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
