PhD in History or related field with training in history and social studies education Effectiveness in teaching college-level history and secondary social studies Commitment to social studies teacher preparation, evidenced by publications, activities, or teaching experience Secondary-level social studies teaching experience and meeting certification and accreditation requirements Preferred Qualifications
