Key objectives: Control of the retention vortex: from VIP onboarding to the top segments; Daily analysis by cohorts: DAU, Retention, ARPU; Working with segments: geo, player types, metrics, game preferences; Reactivation: scenarios on different segments (7/14/30 days without deposit, single-deposit etc.); Build welcome-flows and trigger logic depending on player behavior; Working with analysts and product team to improve retention; Deep understanding of casino player behavior. Focus metrics: ARPU; Switching to segments/types; Average check and average rate; Churn rate; Traffic and geo:

Key regions: Australia, New Zealand, Canada, EU; Experience working with VIP segment - plus. Great, if you have: Strong experience in iGaming / gambling / betting; Deep understanding of player’s vortex and life cycle, analytical skills; Know how to make hypotheses and test them quickly; Understand audience behavior of paying players; Not afraid of responsibility and can build processes.
