Customer Service Representative/Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities:
Order Management: Input and process orders and quote requests, handle cash. Coordinate deliveries as required, working with manufacturing, sales, distribution and outside vendors. Monitor scheduled shipment dates to ensure timely delivery and expedite as needed.
Superior Customer Service: Handle customers’ needs by determining requirements, answering questions, creating solutions, and ensuring a smooth and quick sales process. Partner with Territory Sales Managers to drive territory coverage and maintain positive dealer relationships. Inform dealers about upcoming training, literature availability, and product/service updates. Educate customers about product terminology, features and benefits to improve sales and satisfaction.
Sales: Support branch sales including new business by maintaining house accounts and communicating new product launches, services, supplies, prices, and promotions via outbound calls and in-house discussions. Conduct outbound calls to existing and previously lost customer accounts.
Conflict Resolution: Address customer issues including warranties and returns. Under the Branch Manager’s guidance, determine the best resolution to ensure satisfaction and policy adherence. Coordinate with applicable departments and follow up to confirm resolution.
Relationship Management: Collaborate with all levels of management and peers to keep all areas informed and aligned to deliver high-level service.
Inventory Management: Provide accurate information on stock availability. Conduct cycle counts and replenish showroom stock as needed.
Other tasks as assigned, including warehouse assistance and forklift operations.
Order entry for eHUB & RNC orders and communication of inventory status to customers; coordinate will-calls, deliveries, and third-party shipments; process credits and warranty claims as applicable.
Maintain customer records (POs, requests, questions) and manage parcel shipments (Equipment & LTL shipments handled by warehouse).
Payrate:
$22.50 to $26.11 hourly .
