TERRITORIES:

Greater Northern Cincy OR Greater Southern Cincy/Northern KY

WEEKLY SCHEDULE:

1-2 days in office / ~3 days in the field

COMPENSATION:

~$55k Guaranteed Base & Allowances + Uncapped Commissions & Quarterly Bonuses (OTE: $65k-$80k)

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting & Lead Generation:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and a robust CRM platform with access to warm and qualified leads.

B2B Sales Execution:

Sell into small, mid-sized, and enterprise accounts across industries including biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, hospitality, education, healthcare, and more.

Relationship Development:

Build trusted relationships with prospective clients by understanding their needs and delivering customized solutions.

Strategic Selling:

Develop and execute territory sales strategies designed to achieve and exceed revenue goals.

Contract Negotiation:

Structure and close deals that ensure customer satisfaction and long-term profitability.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Reporting & Forecasting:

Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline forecasts, and performance updates for management.

Qualifications & Benefits
