Position Summary This role involves developing new customer sales to meet business goals, working closely with clients to develop programs and ensuring a top-tier customer experience. The Sales Development Representative manages relationships with OEM customers, acting as the main contact for products, projects, escalations, and performance metrics, without direct reports. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to meet customer needs, supporting leadership discussions, and driving global sales growth through new business opportunities and strategic market expansion. Responsibilities include: Managing customer relationships and ensuring contractual obligations are met. Leading program development for new and existing products. Responding to customer requests and managing product activities. Representing the division at program reviews and facilitating communication. Collaborating with management on program goals and mentoring project teams. Staying informed on technical and market trends, sharing knowledge, and monitoring competitors. Developing marketing strategies and supporting sales efforts with presentations and collateral. Driving sales growth and coordinating global account efforts. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering, sciences, business, or related field; MBA or higher a plus. 0-2+ years of experience in customer management. Knowledge of marketing, contracts, and pricing strategies is advantageous. Ability to adapt to change, manage multiple projects, and communicate effectively.
