Sales Development Representative (SDR) opportunities at Xplor Technologies. We’re on a mission to help people and businesses thrive with intuitive, cloud-based software that enables small and medium-sized businesses to manage their operations more efficiently. We’re looking to talk to SDRs about future opportunities in our Sales Team as they come up. Responsibilities And Essential Functions
Generate ideal prospect lists for our team to sell to Call prospects and book a demo with our Account Executives Target key accounts with multi-modal outreach approach Assist in data quality management and enrichment Learn CRM best practices and workflows Participate in sales training programs This position is eligible for a base salary of $50,000. This position is eligible for commission. Qualifications
Desire to pursue a role in SaaS sales Motivated to make 50+ calls every day Attention to detail Not afraid of rejection from prospects, has tough skin Proactive, self-motivated learner with a strong drive to achieve personal goals Ability to work in a team where you manage your own time and priorities Motivated by a fast-paced environment where you will have to constantly adapt You’re a true team player who knows that we all must roll up our sleeves sometimes You align with our four core values and you’re simply a good human Additional Information & Perks
