At JD Finish Line, we create memorable shopping experiences through our innovative retail environment. We are seeking talented associates to join our team and excel in customer service and store operations. Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing needs, resolving issues, and maintaining high standards. Drive sales through effective merchandise management, promotions, and achieving sales targets. Participate in daily store operations including inventory, visual merchandising, shipments, and safety compliance. Collaborate with team members to meet sales and operational goals. Perform additional duties as needed. Qualifications
Retail or similar experience preferred, with a record of meeting sales goals. Passion for customer service and creating positive shopping experiences. Strong communication and teamwork skills; adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied hours. Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems. Minimum Requirements
Availability for a set weekly schedule, including mornings, days, and nights. Willingness to work weekends and holidays. Punctuality and regular attendance. Clear spoken English and basic reading, writing, and math skills. Physical Demands
Prolonged standing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and pulling. Climbing ladders or stairs as needed. Lifting 5-25 lbs regularly. Good vision, including color differentiation. Compensation and Benefits
Hourly pay range: $17.87 - $18.37. Eligible for company 401K plan. Additional Information
