We offer full-service dewatering capabilities including pump sales, rental, and on-site service to transport water and wastewater to customers worldwide. We are currently seeking top candidates to become part of our team and have an opening for an Inside Sales Representative at our Dallas, TX facility. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Communicate with and assist Sales Representatives in managing all outgoing and incoming business with dispatch, service and operations. Prepare daily quotations/bids/letters, rental/sale/field service contracts, process pick up slips/returns and large job management. Assist Sales Representatives in daily office duties. Answer incoming phone calls, disburse messages, maintain the flow of email, continue customer relations and interact with all departments to resolve issues. Responsible for submitting rental/sale/field service/work orders for invoicing and credit memos. Administer daily/weekly reports. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Three to five years’ experience in a related field of pumps, pumping systems or equipment rental preferably within the industrial, municipal or construction industries. Bachelor degree in business or technical field of study preferred. Experience in a windows-based order processing/inventory program preferred. Ability to use sound judgment and problem solve in a fast paced environment. Ability to collaborate and build effective relationships at all levels of the organization. Proven ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize, meet deadlines and work independently with initiative in a fast paced environment. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Light lifting (20-25 lbs.), office environment. Regularly required to sit or stand, reach, bend and move about the facility. WORK ENVIRONMENT: Office: Standard office equipment; work usually performed in an office setting free from any disagreeable elements. Standard weekly job hours: 40 hours.
