Retail Associate Managers (RAM) work as part of a Retail Team to bring the brand to life. They live and breathe the brand and Arch Telecom’s Core Values. RAMs are brand ambassadors who create energy and excitement around products and services. They thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, building meaningful connections with customers, uncovering needs, and educating, demonstrating, and recommending device and service solutions. This is a learning role where you will work with your team to develop required skills and assist the Retail Store Manager in daily operational duties. What you’ll do in your role

Learn and build proficiency in customer service while delivering a best-in-class experience and building loyalty. Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey (online, through Customer Care, or in-store). Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store. Sell alongside team members to find personalized solutions beyond devices and plans, including accessories and IoT devices. Guide customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions, informative answers, and expert advice. Assist Retail Store Manager with daily operations and coaching. Digital tools and training:

Become proficient in in-store experience tools and processes to demonstrate: Coverage and LTE network capabilities in the customer’s neighborhood. Plans and services that enable customers to stay connected and reach their lifestyle goals. Device and account inspection, review, and troubleshooting. Complete training on in-store experience, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems and reference resources. Building relationships across channels:

Partner with employees across departments to: Own the customer experience and resolve issues for a seamless environment. Identify and hand off small business leads.
