We seek motivated sales professionals to visit pre-scheduled residential appointments, conduct sales presentations, and assist homeowners in making same-day decisions about gutter protection needs. Primary Responsibilities
Travel to and from your residence to company-generated, pre-qualified appointments within the greater Metro area. Conduct product demonstrations and discuss custom quotes during in-home consultations. Follow a value-based selling process emphasizing honesty and integrity. Attend training sessions and regular sales meetings. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Valid driver’s license (required). Ability to travel up to 2 hours daily for appointments (required). Capability to lift and carry 20-60 lbs. of sample materials (required). Comfortable navigating various applications on an iPad (required). No prior outside sales experience necessary. Willingness to learn a structured sales process. Strong desire and ability to close sales. Compensation
Uncapped, full commission structure with earnings between $80,000-$220,000+. Performance-based bonuses. ICBA Contractors insurance options. Schedule
Flexible weekly schedule. Evening and weekend availability required. Employment Details
