Head Women's Soccer Coach - Brewton Parker

Brewton-Parker Christian University has teamed up with Bechler Leadership in the search for their next Head Women's Soccer Coach.
DESCRIPTION Brewton-Parker Christian University is advertising for a Head Women's Soccer Coach to be hired at the conclusion of the current season. The head coach will be responsible for directing all aspects of the Women’s Soccer program, which includes:
Scheduling
Recruiting
Coaching games and practices
Logistics of travel
Compliance
Developing the student-athlete spiritually, academically, and athletically
Brewton-Parker competes in the ultra-competitive Southern States Athletic Conference (SSAC).
Applicants must first and foremost be committed to discipleship of their student-athletes. The successful applicant will also agree to BPCU Athletics “Lifestyle Standard Agreement”. The program will be conducted in accordance with all Brewton-Parker Christian University, SSAC, and NAIA regulations and policies, and must promote the mission and vision of Brewton-Parker Christian University as well as the goals and objectives of the athletic department.
MISSION As a comprehensive Georgia Baptist Institution, Brewton-Parker Christian University provides liberal arts and professional programs in a learning community of shared Christian values through the application of biblical truth in scholarship and a co-curricular focus on character, servant leadership, and cultural engagement. QUALIFICATIONS Qualified candidates must have at least a Bachelor’s degree, Master’s preferred, and two years of coaching experience. The successful candidate will have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and the ability to successfully disciple student athletes. The candidate should also possess:
Strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within a budget
Excellent written and oral skills
Knowledge of computer applications
Fundraising, event planning, camps, and financial management experience
Ability to work weekends, evenings, including travel
Commitment to or experience working with diverse populations
Recruit mission-appropriate student athletes at a high level within scholarship structure as determined by Vice‑President of Enrollment Services and Athletics
Physical ability to lift and move equipment
Valid driver’s license and ability to transport the team as needed
