Responsibilities
Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child in your classroom.
Observe, assess, and plan for children, effectively communicating with families.
Deliver a proprietary curriculum with creative, interactive learning experiences.
Maintain a clean, safe, and engaging classroom environment.
Participate in ongoing professional development and the Master Teacher Program.
Qualifications
At least 6 months of experience leading an early‑childhood classroom and creating educational lesson plans in a licensed center.
Minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education units.
State‑required background, immunization, CPR/First Aid, and mandated reporter training completed.
Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
Compensation and Benefits
Pay: $19.09–$19.84 per hour, bi‑weekly or daily options available.
Lead Teacher payroll classification.
Health insurance (medical, dental, vision, FSA) for full‑time employees.

Monday through Friday work week.
