Overview
Adjunct Instructor, Philosophy, UC Blue Ash College. Part-time faculty must be able to teach introductory courses in Philosophy. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Classes may be day or evening. Rank and compensation are based on experience and academic credentials. Appointments are renewed based on departmental need and teaching performance. Responsibilities
On a part-time basis, teach assigned undergraduate courses. Using best practices, continually evaluate student coursework. Engage in other activities ancillary to or in support of their responsibilities. Review and respond in a timely manner to all University-related and student communications. Other related duties as assigned. Required Education
Master’s degree (or higher) in Philosophy. Required Experience
At least one (1) year of teaching experience. Additional Qualifications Considered
Previous teaching experience in a college setting. Experience teaching medical and/or business ethics. Benefits

The University of Cincinnati Blue Ash College invites applications for philosophy adjunct faculty to join our general pool of candidates from which part-time faculty will be selected for the upcoming term (as needed). UC Blue Ash is one of the largest regional colleges in Ohio, located in Blue Ash, Ohio, fifteen miles north of the uptown campus, on 135 acres in a park-like setting. We offer primarily associate degrees and general education courses to approximately 5100 students. We value excellent teaching and personalized student support. Application and Additional Information
