Job Roles
Assist in providing leadership and coordination to deliver an aligned and articulated instructional program in all subject areas in PK-12. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required Texas Teaching certification required Minimum of three years of exemplary teaching Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction (preferred) Knowledge And Skills
Belief in and commitment to the mission and core values of SST Schools Ability to work collaboratively with classroom teachers Ability to coordinate a district-wide program Analytical skills to interpret data and identify performance gaps Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Leadership skills to coach teachers on effective instructional strategies Key Responsibilities
Instructional and Program Management Collaborate and assist in the review, development, and revision of all core subject area programs and related curriculum documents and materials, including curriculum guides, course outlines, and teaching plans. Work cooperatively with coordinators, campus administrators, and teachers in developing instructional programs in all core subjects. Support Instructional Leadership Teams (ILT) for planning, development, and production of curriculum materials, processes, and best practices that are evaluated and acknowledged to be highly effective in improving student outcomes. Assist in the development of curriculum-based assessments in all core subject areas Support coordinators with data analysis reflecting current student performance or other data as needed to examine curriculum and instruction program effectiveness. Assist in creating instructional materials to support staff in accomplishing program goals.
