$140,000-$180,000 100% coverage for Medical, dental, and vision insurance for the employee PTO + Paid Holidays 401(k) with company match Ground-floor leadership opportunity with long-term growth potential Company Overview: Tiello has partnered with a well-established commercial masonry contractor with a strong presence across the Southeast and is strategically expanding into Repair & Restoration. With a reputation for quality craftsmanship and deep industry relationships, the company is now launching a dedicated division in Atlanta, GA - and they are seeking a builder-minded leader to take the helm. Role Summary: This is not just another management role - it’s an opportunity to build a division from the ground up. The Operations Manager / General Manager will be responsible for establishing processes, developing the team, and driving business development for the new Repair & Restoration group. The ideal candidate thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, with the ability to balance growth strategy and hands-on operations. Project Type: Commercial Masonry Projects - Education, Healthcare, Commercial, Historical, etc. ($1M+) Job Responsibilities: Launch, lead, and grow the Repair & Restoration Division in Atlanta. Develop the division’s structure, systems, and processes for long-term scalability. Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team across estimating, project management, and field operations. Build client relationships, pursue new business, and expand market presence. Oversee P&L responsibility, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth. Drive strategic planning, forecasting, and business development efforts. Ensure quality, safety, and customer satisfaction remain at the forefront of all projects. Serve as the face of the division, working closely with senior leadership on long-term vision and execution. Qualifications/Requirements: 8+ years of experience in commercial construction, masonry, or restoration (repair, façade, waterproofing preferred). Proven experience building or scaling a division/business unit within the construction industry. Strong leadership skills with an entrepreneurial mindset. Ability to manage both day-to-day operations and long-term growth strategy. P&L management and business development experience required. Excellent communication, organizational, and team-building abilities. Local Atlanta/Southeast market knowledge preferred.
