Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
Maintain guest satisfaction with the assistance of the staff Coach and develop team members on a daily basis to improve the guest experience Work with fellow managers to obtain weekly budget goals Maintains weekly inventories and schedules Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
Open minded, Hands-on Leadership Skills 2-3+ years manager or supervisor experience Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Restaurant Manager Benefits:
