Prep Cooks
to join our team. Responsibilities
Accountable for production of food items while maintaining all safety and sanitation standards Safely operate and maintain all kitchen equipment Display a basic knowledge of cooking techniques and knife skills Properly prep raw ingredients and items for recipes for service while upholding sanitation standards Uphold all standards of quality in food production by following standardized recipes, labeling, dating, and storing product appropriately Ensure proper sanitation standards by maintaining a clean and organized workstation, following FIFO procedures, and maintaining good personal hygiene Complete opening, mid-shift, and closing procedures in a timely manner Qualifications
Basic knife skills Flexible schedule Organized, hard worker Food Handler's certificate Previous kitchen experience Physical requirements
Lift and move up to 10 pounds; frequently lift up to 25 pounds; occasionally lift up to 50 pounds Safely and effectively use all necessary tools, equipment, and cleaning chemicals Stand and walk for an entire shift, including moving safely through all areas of the restaurant Ability to work in hot and cold environments Benefits & Perks
