We provide tools and resources to help you succeed. WHAT (Contract Services Needed): TRACK:
Receive and handle all event equipment, including camera gear & marketing assets. EXECUTION:
Set up BallerTV’s streaming system at each court or field. Move safely, efficiently, and with urgency. MONITOR:
Ensure each game’s stream is steady. Operate and troubleshoot equipment, maintain communication with the team. ENJOY:
Watch live sports while working! FLEXIBILITY:
Part-time, weekend role. Some events start as early as 6AM and end as late as 10PM. Travel up to 40 miles may be required. PAY:
Rates start at $16/hour, depending on area. Shifts can exceed 12 hours; weekend tournaments may exceed 30 hours. The role requires being on your feet and lifting heavy objects. BALLERTV'S STORY:

Required Qualifications: Must be 18 years old Complete a pre-event background check Familiar with iOS devices Personable and professional Ability to multitask with attention to detail Positive attitude Preferred Qualifications: Experience in event production, sports, or customer service Knowledge of grassroots soccer, lacrosse, basketball, volleyball, football, or wrestling Valid driver’s license for equipment transport Job Type: Weekend, Part-time Contract.
